I must say that I have just used Simon Cuss to take photos of my apartment on Flamingo Country Club2, simon sent me a whole load of usefull photos which I have been able to use to get Artev to finish jobs in my apartment, I would certainly recommend Simons services based on the work he has done for me.Thanks Simon

Dear Simon and Aslı

Jackie and myself having holidayed in Turkey for over twenty years, had been keen on the idea of finally taking the plunge and investing in a holiday home. One major drawback concerned us - The language problem.

Even in the U K it is often possible for " mis-undertandings and confusion " to occur, particularly with " the legals " and " the practicals ". How we would ever got a tax number, to open a bank account, on our own still puzzles me greatly. With access by phone, or via E mail to a resource such as you and Aslı, both English and Turkish speakers, all of our problems were solved at a stroke.

With Aslı's practical experience of conveyancing and property transfers, your experience of Turkish tradesmen, and their little differences from doing things " the English way", it proved much easier for us to envisage just what we wanted, to convey this to the various tradesmen,and agree a way forward. This enabled us to " get what we wanted ".

Being in the U K we felt at times as if we were a " million miles away ", but with photo's regularly coming via e mail, and the two of you being just a call away heartache was never a problem.

The help with details pertaining to our furniture was also invaluable, with no prices on display in the showrooms, we approached the purchase with some trepidation, a couple of calls by the Furniture people to you, and hey presto, prices agreed, discount arranged, delivery dates confirmed, whew how could we have done that.

To any one reading this we may appear to be singing Simon and Aslı's praises highly, but in all honestly this is how it is. Thanks Simon, Thanks Aslı, if you need to use this as a reference in future for your prospective clients, just get them to e mail us.

Dear Simon and Arsla

We bought our 3 bed apartment in Gulluk in May 06 which completed in Jan 08.  The whole procedure was very stressful.  We were very heavily pressurised by the builders and estate agents to purchase one of their “fantastic, unbeatable value” furniture packages!  Fortunately, we were introduced to you Simon and Arsla who was/were absolutely fantastic.  Simon is English and his wife Turkish.  We had the best of both worlds!

Working with Simon was a joy. We could discuss everything that we needed and talked very frankly about our budget, which they stuck to.  We are over the moon with the choice and quality of the furniture we bought.  We also had fun!  They gave us confidence in an unknown, foreign world and introduced us to some wonderful Turkish people into the bargain.  They took away all the hassle, leaving us happy in the knowledge that we hadn’t been “ripped off”, not to put too finer a point on it!! 

The buying was just a small part though!  They organised the delivery and setup whilst we were back in the UK.  We just walked in and started our first holiday in our new apartment on day 1.  Fantastic.
